1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the mdrop website, catalog, or Customizer Studio (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Customizer Studio and User Content

mdrop allows users to customize specific apparel items (such as standard boxy, retro, and unisex fits) with custom-printed text, fonts, and placements.

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any text, slogan, or characters you submit to be printed via our Customizer Studio. By submitting custom designs, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use such content, and that it does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or other proprietary right of any third party.
• Content Restriction: mdrop reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, cancel, or refund orders that contain text or designs deemed offensive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights (including trademarked brand names).
• Production Finality: Customized items are made-to-order based on your specific inputs. Once a customized order is placed and enters production, it cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments

All prices listed on mdrop are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping and Deliveries

Standard products and customized orders are processed and shipped according to estimated timelines. Free shipping is provided for orders exceeding ₹1499. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all brand logos, website designs, layouts, visual components, code structure, customizer tools, fonts, graphics, and underlying assets, are the exclusive property of mdrop and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from mdrop assets without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mdrop, its founders, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your relationship with mdrop shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
